Jharkhand TeleMedicine PPP Project

Government of Jharkhand because of this hard-pressed need, came up requesting proposals for Setting-up, Integration, Commissioning, Operations, Implementation, and Maintenance of Digital Dispensaries (Telemedicine System) in 100 centres for the state of Jharkhand. Through competitive bidding and thorough technical analysis by the committee, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited was selected as the service provider to provide desired services under Public Private Partnership framework on Build Own Operate and Transfer model.

Apollo Hospitals has set up Digital Dispensaries across 100 selected PHC of Jharkhand State with state-of-the-art equipment for vital signs monitoring, screening program, and ICT devices with other hospital furniture for the said services. General Practitioner and Specialist consultation are being rendered across selected specialties like Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Dermatology, and General Medicine at all these centres.

Government of Jharkhand in association with Apollo TeleHealth Service is rendering 360- degree healthcare service at the doorstep of common people at Village level, by way of provisioning Consultation, Investigations, and medicines under one roof. The project has provided more than 200 thousand consultations since inception.
