With above two decades of experience in diverse industries including healthcare, retail and hospitality, Vikram Thaploo is a veteran of strategizing innovative projects and creating sustainable business models. Vikram is currently leading Remote Healthcare Practice and Public Private Partnerships at Apollo Hospitals through Apollo TeleHealth (Healthcare delivery and TeleClinics Company), HealthNet Global Limited (Healthcare Technology Company) and Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation (Not-for-profit Company) along with the government business vertical. A management professional from Indian School of Business with extensive experience in setting up and scaling up businesses, Vikram has a superior track record in conceptualizing ideas and implementing them for successful business expansion. He is one of the Global names in the field of Telemedicine. His mission is to make healthcare accessible to all using the convergence of Technology, Telecom, and MedTech ecosystems, thus, delivering Continuum of Care. Over the years he has been aggressively working towards elevating and augmenting Public Health care delivery and Rural Healthcare.

Prem has been the founder member of the Program Development group with Apollo TeleHealth which specialises on turnkey telehealth solutions in all formats of PPP, CSR and Donor engagement programs. He is an MBA from the Symbiosis University. Prem has been the program architect for programs like tele-ophthalmology, tele-emergency, digital dispensaries, tele-radiology, remote covid management and innovative outreach monitoring & screening solutions. He is an ICT for Health Care professional with a particular interest in creating sustainable and viable healthcare business models for rural and for addressing some of the inherent challenges that exists provisioning public health services.

Dr. Ayesha is leading the medical service delivery of Apollo TeleHealth. She is an MBA from Hyderabad Central University. She has been instrumental in creating a Medical Response centre, defining guidelines, establish the best practices and put the practices into effect for better outcome. She is Telemedicine subject matter and domain expert in program management, strategy, and design. She has been involved in implementation of a wide range of Telemedicine initiatives in India over the past 17 years at primary, secondary, and tertiary care of healthcare service delivery. Her work has focused on the intersection of technology and human care. She had a penchant for quality and an eye on data to promote patient safety and support workforce development. Dr. Ayesha has represented the organization in various national and international forums. She has keen interest in research and co-authored multiple research papers.

With 35 years of experience in healthcare as a procurement expert and mentor, he is currently leading the supply chain division of Apollo TeleHealth. He is also an active member of special initiative projects in the telehealth space. He was associated with Apollo Hospitals group for 21 years where he managed different assignments as Materials head, COO for Kimed & IHX, International project implementation and many more. At the early stage of his career, Sarma managed multiple roles in govt entities like NIMS & SVIMS. With a string of experience in material department, he has curated supply chain models for catering to rural projects fulfilments.

An Ex-Army Officer, with over 16+ years of experience, he is currently heading HR & Admin department for Apollo TeleHealth. Tapan holds a Post-Graduate in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur and Bachelor’s in engineering. He is a Certified Practitioner of NLP & Hypnosis, and an Associate life coach. Tapan began his career with the Indian Armed Forces where he has served in high altitude field formations, later as an Instructor in the Technical training establishment. Further, in corporate career, he has worked with Telecommunication industry with Bharti Infratel, Viom Networks, Idea Cellular and American Tower Corporation. An accomplished HR professional with a passion to lead, inspire and develop others, comes with unique and diverse set of experience in Change Management, Capability Building, HR initiatives & interventions, and Organizational Development & Facilitation.

Vineet is leading the Contact Center at Apollo TeleHealth. He is responsible to oversee Service delivery and P/L of Contact Center. He has over 17 years of Experience in BPO/ITES Industry having worked with reputed Organizations like – Bharti Airtel, IBM Daksh, BA Continuum - Bank of America, UnitedHealth Group – Optum. A Graduate from St. Xavier’s Kolkata, Vineet looks after end-to-end service delivery with core as Operations, Quality, Training and MIS functions for Contact Center. He also significantly contributes to process re-engineering and has an eye for Process Improvements which results in better Customer Experience and Cost Optimization for the Organization. He has been associated with Apollo TeleHealth for over 6 years and looks at every interaction as a new one to seek improvement by challenging status Quo.

As Technical Architect, Rahul looks after the software platform and technology at Apollo TeleHealth. He is an Alumni of IIT Guwahati and holds advanced certification in AI & ML from IIIT Hyderabad. Rahul started out his career working with Big Data Technologies before Co-founding a startup in the HealthTech space. After successfully building India’s first consumer centric IoMT Platform and an award-winning Digital Therapeutics Solution, Rahul joined Apollo TeleHealth to innovate for the next decade of the digital health revolution.

Kiran Chauhan heads Finance and Strategy department at Apollo TeleHealth. An Hofstra University Alumini, he holds MBA in Finance and has served conglomerates in US and India. At Apollo TeleHealth, he ensures Statutory Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Budget Finalization, Risk Management, Mergers & Acquisitions and Cash Flow Management. He is an experienced business professional with services in various sectors including Healthcare, Telecom, Banking & Financial Services and Construction industry. In his non-working times, he engages himself with reading and cooking.
